Full Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of our facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our buildings, equipment, and systems.
Duties:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment
- Manage and coordinate all repair and maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including logic controllers and low voltage systems
- Manage the facility's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor energy usage and implement strategies to improve efficiency
- Fabricate or modify equipment as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and general building maintenance
- Strong industrial mechanical skills
- Strong knowledge and experience of mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using CMMS software to track work orders and manage inventory
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
